Ugly paintings in acrylic is the compilation of my drawings painted with this technique.
I ever wanted to be a painter, but I never studied for it. Everything shown here was elaborated empirically, so I name them in such a way. From my point of view, they can be interesting, for someone with knowledge of the subject perhaps not.
Either way, they’re like children. No matter how ugly they are, they will always be endowed with beauty before their eyes.

Adefesios en acrílico es la recopilación de mis dibujos hechos con esta técnica.
Alguna vez quise ser pintor, pero nunca estudié para ello. Todo lo mostrado aquí fue elaborado de forma empírica, por eso los nombro de tal manera. Desde mi punto de vista pueden ser interesantes, para alguien con conocimiento del tema quizás no.
De cualquier manera, son como los hijos. No importa que tan feos sean, siempre van a ser dotados de hermosura ante sus ojos.

It is thought that everything is already said and that we must be governed by the rules that society instills in us throughout our lives. One day your brain clicks and you realize that not everything you’d been told fits into the way you see the world; you discover with irony that there are other facets that are only noticed from your perspective. The sparks that arise from your discernment reveal that different view of your environment and beyond.
Aphorisms, apothegms, adagios or whatever you want to call them is a compilation which show that hidden side that I have discovered.

Aforismos, apotegmas o adagios o como quieran llamarlos
Se piensa que ya todo está dicho y que debemos regirnos por las reglas que la sociedad nos inculca a lo largo de la vida. Un día tu cerebro hace clic y te percatas que no todo lo que te habían dicho encaja en tu forma de ver el mundo, descubres con ironía que existen otras facetas que solo son notadas desde tu perspectiva. Las chipas que surgen de tu discernimiento revelan esa visión diferente de tu entorno y más allá.
Aforismos, apotegmas, adagios o como quieran llamarlos, es una recopilación que muestran ese lado oculto que he ido descubriendo.
